Charleston - if you have the money and the lineage. Charleston can be extremely insular and it doesn't take to outsiders. However, it is a beautiful city, beautiful architecture, beautiful women, great beaches, very laid-back and very easy going,
It isn't the most progressive city, but as mentioned earlier, if you have the lineage and money, you'll be well taken care of. It's a "boys will be boys" kinda town.
