My few liberal friends say that they give to the government and let them decide 
Sorry pal, that's not giving, that's confiscation. They still look at it as "giving".
I'm utlra conservative, gun totting christian, I give 10% to the church and offerings above the ten%
Oh, and I STILL get confiscated by the guberment
