Bag lunch instead of eating out, make your coffee at home or office instead of the 3-4 bucks at Starbucks and multiply those by how many days you work a year. I measure my value of time in what it costs me versus what I generate in revenue. This is the primary reason that I pay people to do work on my house. Can I do most of what they're doing? Absolutely yes. However, I generate many multiples more an hour in revenue if I focus on my business.

The one thing I do on a workday is to make my shots of espresso at home in the morning before heading in. Lunch is a getaway for a half hour or so. I don't want to eat with or be around my workers so I break away for lunch.
