I second the Schramsberg recommendation, it was our favorite tour. 2nd oldest winery in the region and the tour is almost completely in their cave system. Kenzo was the most beautiful winery we visited and it was the best wine we had the whole trip. The tour is really intimate and will be just your group. The wine is NOT cheap. Cheapest bottle was $300 (we didnt buy any). Ram's Gate has a nice outdoor seating area, where you can sample their wines and order charcuterie boards. Most wineries do not offer food of any sort.
We stayed in Yountville, so we ate at the restaurants there. Red was fantastic, while Bottega was nothing special. Everything was bland.
Also, I HIGHLY suggest you get a driver when you visit the winery's. The don't play with drinking and driving over there and after just 3 winery's we were sauced.
