I took the same test about a year ago and got in the mid 30s. I told my wife (who was my girlfriend at the time) about it and she busted out laughing.

I think my autism comes and goes. I can be very sociable and I generally enjoy talking to people about a variety of topics, but I can also sit in my room and play piano for like 5 hours and not talk to my wife.
