Arm strength , check. But word is coming out of his he couldn't hit the broad side of the Berlin Wall. . He has been working on that. If he continues to improve in that area maybe ,just maybe he has a shite

Not according to Jarvis Landry. He said a couple of weeks ago that if Brennan is more accurate than Narcisse then he must be the second coming of John Elway.
As Narcisse who was invited to Florida the other day to go throw the ball for Landry and other pro players was blown away by Narcisse's accuracy. In fact, he even exaggerated a bit and said that Narcisse was already better than half of the QBs in the NFL.
