But the issue is that the US has been the leader in globalization since the end of WWII. China and Russia only resist because they would much rather be the leaders. The goal of centralization efforts at home always has a geopolitical component.

I don't disagree with any of that...I was just coming from this from the angle (I think) Rush was coming from. The good old USA has definitely got it's fair share of globalist, beginning possibly with W. Wilson. But I think the point is America, as founded originally, with it's constitution etc. is the last hope to prevent the total globalization of this planet.
The fight rages today more so than ever for the soul of this country. As America fails, so does the world.
