I would rather take the chance that improbable scenario might happen than take the chance that the very probable scenario of another school shooting never happens again.

How much capital are you willing to invest in preparing for an extremely unlikely event that would have devastating consequences?

For example, if you were building a bridge, what level of flood would you design for, 100-year, 500-year, 1,000-year, 10,000-year?
