They would be relentlessly punked-out of the unit. 24/7/365 chastisement until they broke, one way or the other.
I've seen it happen. The troop eventually had to be put under protection for his own safety until he was rifted from the unit ... and he was actually a nice guy IMHO. He just couldn't be counted-on so he could not be allowed to stay.
