Zacapa and the Botran are good rums.
If I can find it I get Botran Solera 1893.
Supposedly, they are from the same distillery ???
**Crafted in Guatemala, Zacapa Rum is a work of art, and an expression of patience, richness, quality and master blending. Aged to perfection in the highlands of Quetzaltenango, Zacapa

**The Botran family is commonly known for sugarcane production in Guatemala, but in 1939 they decided to begin a journey by establishing Industria Licorera Quetzalteca

The Doorly's XO I mentioned earlier is smoother than either at $ 20 or less.
The Brugal Rum, mentioned above is not a bad rum...at a decent price, but not close to the Doorly's at a similar price point.

Suggested by another poster here in the Whiskey Thread, I tried Kirk & Sweeney ..
also exceptional.

If I see it around here I will give it a try. Thanks for the post.
