and that's fine if you cherry pick the most profitable routes but let's not pretend that a new interstate that connects Geismer to White Castle is going to be some big money maker. I'm 100% on board with this being a toll road but there's a reason no companies are offering to do this for free in exchange for collecting a toll.

BR has massive amounts of pass through traffic on I-10 and I-12, particularly 18 wheelers. A loop in this region would be heavily traveled.
