If he is able to do this, then in my book he will be one of the best Presidents in my lifetime.
It is nearly impossible to fire someone right now. They can have years of failing performance and still get a paycheck.
If he can clean this portion of the swamp, I will be a happy camper.

I deal with the VA alot and that whole organization is full of worthless people. 
I'm sure the other departments are the same way. State agencies are much more responsive than federal.
