The Ruby Mts are fabulous. In the late 1970s, I spent a summer working out of a ranch at the base of the mountains while doing a biological assessment of the region. I would be flown to ridgetops via helicpter and conducted surveys as I hiked down to the valley...best job ever. Great bass fishing in Ruby Lake to add frosting to the cake.

OT never fails to surprise me. I didn't expect anyone on here to know about the Rubies except Roger.
