Government shutdowns in the modern era:

- 1995 (Republican Congress)
- 1996 (Republican Congress)
- 2013 (Republican Congress)
- 2018 (Republican Congress)

Not like it’s a pattern or anything.

So you are saying that when the R's are in power the Democrats try and obstruct and shut down the government? I agree
