re: Any different islands I should check out?

The islands that were really hit bad need help, not tourists. I have a lot of friends in the USVI and the BVI and tourists are not what they want to see. Maybe in several months or later. For instance Caneel Bay and the Westin on St John are down until sometime in 2019.

Also, many rentals were gutted and are under repair. It isn’t the mainland. There’s a huge shortage of skilled labor to do repairs and rebuilds ina t8mely manner.
