They have a policy that if you offend the government then your entire family goes to work camps. Two generations up and two generations down. So your grandparents, parents, siblings (and their kids) your kids and grandkids. If you don't have kids or grandkids and they are born in the camps then they will spend their entire (probably short) lives in the camps. Having something so terrible happen to people you love is a big part of the reason why.
