The best way to make money is moving cars and bunker business. You need 2.5 million to buy the office and vehicle garage. You can only move one car every 20 minutes but can make 80k from moving a car. Bunker business can make 135k profit from running a sell mission every 2 hours. Truth be told making money is a lot harder for new players. I would suggest running whatever mission has double payout. I helped my friend get his business started and made him a few million in his first week on GTAonline.
