Typically if someone feels the need to bring someone's race into a negative description of a person it reveals that they believe the race is either part of the negative characterization or perhaps even correlated.

For example, "LSUsaint is an ignorant piece of shite" vs "LSUsaint is an ignorant white piece of shite". Clearly, being a piece of shite would be enough... Adding the white part is intentionally provocative, unnecessary, and yes... A bit racist in this example. Wouldn't you say?

Must have struck a nerve. Okay. You don't see that pointing out the race of someone, whether white, black, Indian or Asian as a bolded point in a tirade is a racist tactic. When you read that an argument used against someone is that "they are white and are showing their white privilege", doesn't that tell you that the person stating that argument is racist? Your little petty tirade was no different. The fact that Mitch is a corrupt piece of shite doesn't have to do with whether he's white or black. He's just a corrupt piece of shite who happens to be white.
