They got it wrong

26-14 in the game that decided the SEC West title and possibly the SEC title, a game they needed to win

I don't care that Bama lost to Auburn.

But they did lose to a 3-loss team that got blown out in the SEC Title game. That to me is the most shocking. That the committee didn't seem to care that Auburn got blown out basically....and that was Bama's only real opponent apart from LSU.

Alabama played two games this year.

But what really gets me...is Bama got to sit at home and not worry about losing.

IF Georgia loses they are out, if Auburn loses they are out (they are) -

This idea that playing an extra game against the best opponents isn't rewarded is fricking totally retarded.

I don't get it. If you risk elimination and you play another Top quality opponent, that needs to be rewarded...like OSU or even Wisky...they lost one game and risked their undefeated season.

If they sat out the BIg10 TItle game, I guess they would have made it like Bama.

Ohio State has a 15-point loss to a playoff contender that they "needed to win" in order to make the playoff. Those cancel out and you're left with a 31-point shellacking to a 7-5 team.
