isn't that for when the product isn't what was advertised or doesn't perform as promised? I'm pretty sure they would consider the price as being an invitation to make an offer on the product. not sure how that works, though.

It seems a lot to pay for a flashlight that isn't rechargeable. I had ordered one then cancelled the order for this reason.
