re: What were your biggest holiday flops?

Several years ago, bought a Stuffed Turducken. When I went to pick it up, mine was the only box with a name on it. (buddy owned a restaurant who made it). Turns out, mine was about 10lbs bigger than the others. I cooked for time on box, under cooked by about 2 hours! Rest of dinner was ready, so we at sides, then a few hours later, had the rest of the meal. Later when I saw my buddy, he said he forgot to tell me to add 10 pounds to the weight for cooking calculation!
