If I have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and a bevy of certificates including CISSP, CISM, Linux+, CCNA, MCSA Server 2016, Cloud+, Ethical Hacker, PMP, ITIL, and Six Sigma Black, Yellow, and White belts...and you disqualify me because I'm white for the position of Chief Information Security Officer...then you're one of the biggest fricking idiots of all time.
