Context mattters---juat the same for any word.

I can call someone a bitch and it's viewed as a term of endearmentand---I can call someone a bitch another time and it's taken as a slight.

I can tell someone "frick you" after they make a sly , clever comment and we laugh it off. I can tell someone "frick you" you at a bar and that leads to fitsicuffs
