I was your age when I got divorced. I had 2 kids(7&3) as well. Missing the kids is what got me the most. Honestly, I kept Disney channel on in the house for the 1st month or so after we separated. Now, 7 years later....it's been great. The ex and I are friendly and see eye to eye on most things. Now, I'm remarried to an ex gymnast 10 years my junior and I've got two more kids(2&4).
Stay strong brotha, it'll get better. In the time being, be the best damn dad you can be.
