re: California has fallen further: now recognizes third gender, on birth certificates 2019

I think it's designed for people to make the decsion later in life but I don't know what would stop a couple of kooky parents from identifying their child as a third gender.

Almost certain that's a gender neutral critter gestating inside mommy.
