I swear some of you get so butt hurt anytime a sportscaster predicts LSU may lose a game.

Anyone who is objective can see Bama will be a significant favorite. Future lines in Vegas (the most objective people in world since they only care about money) will have Bama as a 20 point favorite.

LSU does not match up well, but be happy that we've turned our season around and can still have a successful year - which seemed impossible a few weeks ago. Always nice to play Bama to see where you stack up against the best, but it's very reasonable expect loss 7 in a row to Bama to be lopsided.

If Hanny came on the air and started spewing the purple and gold glasses bullshite that I have seen on here, then he would drop down and be in the category of classical frick-ups like Chad Blouin or general dipshits like Buddy Songy.

I tend to fall on the "rose-colored glasses" side myself, for the most part...but basic objectivity tells me that this adds up to a rough game for LSU. 2 years ago LSU had a really good, veteran O-Line and a Heisman candidate running the ball and LSU was manhandled. Last year, the only chance LSU had to score was trying a FG after an Alabama fumble. Outside of that, it was very clear that the score was going to be Bama "something" and LSU zero.

I like where this LSU team is headed. They are getting better every week. They aren't perfect, but they are playing hard and have a purpose. I just don't see them putting any points on the board vs Bama. I do think LSU has a decent chance to slow Alabama down a little on defense...and maybe the game can end up like 20-6 or something like that. I hope a miracle happens....but the more realistic goal is to hope that the Tigers play hard and have some positives that they can carry past this game and allow them to win the last 3.
