FLO, make sure you have your insurance adjuster come out. I had a window leak from Irma which he confirmed. He then went on the roof and 1 1/2 hours later came down and said i need a new roof due to wind damage. Hurricane deductible is high but still better than the 20K which is similar to my quote - also in JAX - Fleming Island.

Yes ask how much per square.
Best bet is to get multiple quotes. Some measure differently and come out with different square footages.
FYI a square =100 sf.
