They're talking about tearing down some complex near the waterfront and building a a stadium there.

I consider myself a big MLS guy, but this really sours me on the league if this goes through. I hate everything about the way we do soccer in America, and this is a manifestation of our values. I find it repulsive, personally. But I’m sure that for most Americans, this is acceptable. I’m the outlier, I guess.

Ya, not sure where exactly though. I know I read about the Austin American Statesman newspaper office being a target of redevelopment but I don't know if stadiums are what was imagined for there. Would be kinda neat as the Congress bats are right there and the river(they call it a "lake") of course.
