But are we just to ignore Jim Harbaugh was around when the San Diego program essentially started giving out scholarships, built it to two 11-1 seasons, goes to shitty Stanford, builds up to 12 wins, leaves for SF which hadn't done anything in years, goes to multiple Conference championships and was a play away from being Super Bowl champs as pure coincidence?

ive always asserted JH is an above average coach. he is essentially lloyd carr without the wins over rivals
the problem is ESPN brainwashed everyone into thinking JH was Meyer or Saban, so we have threads such as this one
