It is sad after renting to people in NBR I do not want to do it anymore. A couple friends who I knew from California bought a few apartments in the N Ardenwood area.
I remember when that was a safe area with Globe, Sears, and K marr back in the 70's.
Now when I visit them a few years back it was similar to a war zone.
My friends ended up selling and lost their butts on those deals.. They said the culture is more like animals compared to the civilized people they rent to in California.
