I don't disagree that it was time for Miles to go, however...I sure as hell don't even breathe a word about firing him until I already know and have a verbal agreement with his replacement. If you've read the USA Today article then you already know that hiring O was a panic hire done on pure emotion.

I agree with you. I said all during the process that it was time for Miles to go but you don't replace someone like Miles with someone like Orgeron. The icing on the cake is the obscene $12M buyout.
