Two things I felt while watching that video:
1. Thank god I'm not a cop. The pandemonium they experience in some of those situations is outrageous.
2. Those cops were about as respectful yet forceful as you could be, especially with someone they though could have been a shooter. Then they explained their situations perfectly and respectfully.
I'm actually someone who usually sides with those who say the cops are over the top miliant loose cannons, but those dudes did as good of a job as I could imagine.
