just depends on the time, if the roads out are closed for outgoing traffic. where is your parking pass? I would imagine you could as long as it is before lunch heading out, might ask the parking people when you park in the AM

Doubt it. They tear off part of the tag when you enter the lot. You might get lucky and bluff your way through if they arent paying attention, but I wouldnt count on it.
