I didn't make any assumptions on O or the team. But if you want me to I will, but you wont like the realistic opinion.
The facts are that Miles won a lot of conference games. More than most. Did he need to go, yes. But he didn't get fired for not winning conference games. He got fired for an offense that would never beat one particular conference game.
We then went on to hire a buffoon no one else wanted and gave him a ridiculous buyout.

He Won as in past tense rockstar. He was on the losing side of conference games win he was fired.
You don't keep a coach because 5 years earlier, he was winning conference games but not during the time he was fired.
Whew, when your apple fell from the tree, it rolled down the hill, over the road and into the gutter.
