Eh. McCaffery isn't that much better a receiver, though he does have an edge.

McCaffery is too light to be an effective runner over the long haul. He may bust one here and there, but being only 202 lbs. he is going to get knocked around more often than not.

Edit:
And to take the receiving point further, McCaffery had by far his best receiving game against us, and under Allen (since 2015) we have been giving up the most receiving yards to backs and that's bleed into this year also.

Outside of the game against us he hasn't been awesome in the receiving game.
