This has been going on for a while now. Gone are the days where if you wanted to raise money, you'd actually provide a good or service for a "fundraiser."

There is a group of black kids I have seen doing a car wash from time to time at the Burger King on Siegen. I don't remember what for, but I stopped and gave them money a couple of times just because they are actually doing something.
The kids and the parents were really nice.
