First of all O's peers don't even respect him.
Remember the Athlon piece of anonymous quotes about other coaches from SEC coaches? The two things said about O is "he's going to do a good job of letting his coaches coach" and "he's learned to not get in the coordinators way so he can be the rah-rah guy." They imitate him on national TV. They may like him, but they don't respect him as a peer.
I say all of that to say, no one will have a problem coming after Orgeron. He's going to be so horrible that 9 wins will be seen as an accomplishment again. It's the perfect situation to come in to actually.
