It's hilarious you'd blame it on this congress, specifically. Your blow buddy, Baraaq Obama, ran his first presidential campaign with immigration reform as one of the biggest planks in his platform. He had majorities in both houses, and he didn't lift a finger, despite his promise. You don't mention that. You place the onus and the blame on this congress.
