The bottom line on Boldin is that he was never, at any time, the best player at his position. Not even for one week of his career. He may not have ever been top three or top five at his position at any one given moment. If you can't dominate the discussion of your current position, you have no place being discussed among the greatest players of all time. Three Pro Bowls is enough for the NFL Hall of Fame these days? Give me a break.

And that all has *never* been a part of the HoF Criteria.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame is the most selective Hall of Fame in pro sports- about 1% of all players get in; Boldin is going to be one of those guys who would normally get in, but the PFHOF struggles with WR more than any other position.

They practically never induct WRs first-ballot with the exception of 5 so far, TO(I feel) shouldve been inducted first-ballot and I think Randy Moss should be inducted first-ballot. Moss, TO and Marvin Harrison are inarguably the greatest receivers of their era and should be honored as such. If Randy isn't inducted first-ballot next year, then there's something seriously wrong with voter selection bc there's no way one can justifiably reject him with all he's accomplished in his productive career: 4x first-team all-pro, all-decade, 2 NFL records, 2nd all-time in receiving TDs, top 5-6 in every other receiving career category, what else does he have to do to validate himself? Lol
