If I'm the SecDef or the president and I have a single Fleet with 3 major accidents in one year, with nothing similar from the other commands, I've got the 7th Fleet commander in my office at attention, explaining why his command is so fricked up.
If we're on the 4th in a year, I've got his deputy in my office explaining how he is going to fix his new command.

Two Burkes involved with collisions. Did I forget about the third?
And yes....this will (and should) end some navy careers.
