BBQ rice paper, filled with green onions, quail egg, minced pork, dried shrimp, chili sauce. Eaten as a snack. 40 cents each.

Finished product. A crunchy, shrimpy, salty, spicy snack.

Here's a yellow rice paper version.

They look like Vietnamese version of a calzones. Steinbrenner would've love them.

BBQ Bread. This must be a recent item because I've never heard of it. It's not too bad. Looks a little gimmicky. 40 cents.

Dried shrimp and shredded pork

Finished product with sautéed green onions, sausage, butter, chili paste.

Got to run some errands. Will finish up tomorrow.
