But it has no bearing on what is happening now. Miles tarnished his legacy (as I've stated before and still believe) by hanging on too long, refusing to change, LYING...yes LYING about planning to do so, leveraging other job offers to extend his career at LSU, and a litany of other goofy shite that most rational fans simply shook their heads about.
If he hadnt been so well thought of off the field for his warm and charismatic personality and charitable endeavors, he prolly would have been fired sooner.

90 % of coaches get fired or are forced to resign. it's very rare for coaches to leave on their own accord.
