In ring yes, but she hasn't been close to the centerpiece she was on Raw is my point. And her mic work hasn't been as good (not that she was great before but she was pretty good; now more like meh).

Goes to the fact SD has a deeper women's division and we all knew her weakness on the mic

The only thing I would think is maybe they thought most of the Smackdown women's roster is a little on the weak side so they let them gain some victories over someone like Charlotte to make them seem at her level, and then build Charlotte back up so Charlotte's wins seem bigger.
