Isn't he buying back Joe's Crap Shack for pennies after he sold it to some wannabes for like a gillion dollars? The man knows real estate.
And I think he bought Saltgrass for cheap.

Its in bankruptcy. He's got a bid in for tbe parent company - Ignite.
