The person who owns the home owns both 1722 and 1724 and bought the property at the beginning of March 2017.
It's a middle-aged white woman. So unless this middle-aged white woman (who works as an accountant) lives in the hood and lives with a young black guy, I'm assuming she's just the landlord.
I'm hot on the case but that's where I'm at so far.
