les miles should be ashamed of himself.

Spears: Guice has more dimensions to his game, but Leonard was done a disservice by LSU. He was good enough to be a superstar in that offense, but my God if he could have been in a creative offense. If he could have gotten the ball more in the open field, he would have broken so many records. Leonard had to create a lot of his runs. It was phenomenal to watch.

Duh.
Same could be said for every WR and TE to play for Miles

Wow!!!! Hot take!!! Nobody has ever said or thought this same thing before. Bravo Mr Spears...

Less miles isnt aware enough to be ashamed

our OL created some massive holes for LF to run through. no mention of that. My opinion of Spears has dropped a lot for even bringing this garbage up.

The whole Tiger Nation knows this. He gets paid for this analysis?

But he did break records, and got drafted 4th overall... how is that a disservice?

Yeah Les Miles really hurt Fournette's bank account with his gameplan. And yeah, be broke a lot of records too

This is where I'm at on this. Could he have gotten a little more out of his time here? Probably so. But his time here allowed him to be a top 5 draft pick and made him a millionaire so I doubt Fournette feels like he was slighted.

Yeah, every WR should have had 2,000 yards receiving and every TE a 1,000 yards receiving. DUMB! You can't get much better offensive numbers in the SEC than Odell, Landry, Mett and Hill had one year.

He's learning from MTV's best - Paul Finnebomb - becoming a shock-jock and has no respect for where he came from. Marcus is an Alabama suckup. Where is the SEC network headquartered? I'm sure he lives in Bama land and everyone there loves him to death. the fricking turncoat.

poor guy was reduced to playing in the music and texas bowls. that's some medicore postseason trash for a generational player like fournette to be playing in.

Typical Miles lover. Would rather pump sunshine than hear the truth

poor guy was the first running back taken in the draft and is a millionaire. yeah, poor guy indeed

Now this is moving goal posts on this topic. The OP was setting records, now it's about what kind of bowl games he played in. LSU didn't achieve what they could have while Fournette was here, but he wasn't done a disservice by playing here.

He is completely right. Fournette was a once in a generation type talent, if he played in a offense with a functional passing game, he would have broken several records.

which ones would he have broken that he didn't?

oh no i def agree he could have had even more impressive numbers if he wasn't running into brick walls all the time. the mediocre postseason play was just an extra kick to the gut.
