I completely agree. I think 28 teams is too big. But I also think Don Garber sees things differently.
Another idea I have heard thrown around is the idea of pro/rel in a unified USL-NASL-PDL-NPSL structure. Would be separate from MLS. But would make those leagues somewhat interesting.
