You should be able to display whatever you wish on public property. The so called Establishment Clause is BS invented by lawyers and I would be willing to bet that the men that wrote that did not mean for it to be interpreted in the way it has been.

Not to mention they love to use the first part of the sentence, then conveniently omit the part after the comma about the free exercise thereof.
