This was a deal out of nowhere. A lot of people on all ends of this signed NDA's for it to get this far without any rumors in the market.
Some people were just saying "I know nothing" after this deal was announced.
I see Amazon using a flex driver model to drive close-in grocery distribution to customers. Up to now Amazon has had no neighborhood distribution model for grocery delivery. Now it can test the model. If it makes money then carry on-if not bail then sell off the WF leases for profit.
