So this dude is a guide? That is comical that he doesn't have multiple piles to fish. He should lose his license.

Funny you should say that. He has mulitple piles. 80-90.He also got ticket last year for not having his captains license up to date. I'm not defending his actions on this one. I can just see both views. He said some of the same locals are constantly on piles. If I was a local, Id have a few of my own piles to avoid this situation as much as possible.
